• Valuations

On offer is a full range of valuation services from simple stock pricing, such as that found in equity research reports, for the smaller scale investment requirements. Through to more advanced and in-depth analysis including full valuation reports of a quality and scope comparable to industry standards; this is more suitable to larger scale investors such as stakes above 5%, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and projects.

• Research

Similar to valuations, we provide research services on an as required basis as well as ongoing contracts for supply of data and analysis. On an as required basis the key advantage is the ability to get the research done in the time frame that is demanded by basically outsourcing the job - or elements of the job to us.

• Investment management

Investment advisory and portfolio management services - a limited range of services depending on the client. Services offered vary on a case by case basis and depend on legal structure and other compliance matters.

• Securities

We have limited capabilities in securities distribution, if the offer is not going to be listed on the NZX we can assist with placement and underwriting, however for most clients the most appropriate assistance we can provide is advertising and marketing by utilising the strong traffic flows to smallcaps.co.nz and associated mailing lists and other marketing and PR assistance.
